About The President

Michael M. Steffen, GC, GRI, started as a union carpenter building ocean high rises in 1972. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University in 1974, Michael went to work for the Arvida/Disney Corporation in sales and project development ending up in 1988 as VP and General Manager of Arvida Realty Sales, inc. From 1988 to 1994, Michael designed and built some of the most beautiful luxury homes in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin Counties. He is a state, licensed General Contractor and Residential Contractor. Michael is past president of Home Inspectors Association of Florida.
